These Terms govern your use of the application “Focusidea” (the “App”), provided by 3939PC Kobo (the “Provider”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App is a personal tool that supports your own learning, record-keeping, and daily life.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical services. It does not diagnose, prescribe, determine treatment, or make emergency judgements. Its health-related features exist to help you organise your own information and prepare to consult a qualified professional.
Always consult a qualified professional for decisions concerning your health. If you have an urgent concern, contact a medical institution first.
The App requires no account registration and no sign-up of any kind. Your records are stored on your own device.
AI features in the App — conversation with your Companion, Companion image creation, summaries and learning questions — are provided as part of the App. You are never asked to create an account with an AI provider, and you never enter an API key.
On supported devices the reply may be produced entirely on your device by Apple’s on-device model. Otherwise the request is sent to a gateway operated by the Provider, which performs the work and returns the result. All credentials for these features are held on the Provider’s server only.
The Focusidea subscription is the only charge. No AI provider bills you, because you hold no account with any of them. How the Provider’s AI features handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Optional integrations you set up yourself. Two features, neither required and both off unless you turn them on, connect to a service of your own: posting your own meeting minutes to your own Slack workspace, and looking up additional food entries with your own USDA FoodData Central key. If you use them, your relationship is with that service, under its own terms.
AI features are subject to fair-use limits applied per device, and may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or an outage at a model provider. The Provider may change or add the model providers used behind the gateway.
Text, summaries, suggestions, and images produced by the App may contain errors. Always verify the content yourself before relying on it for anything important. Content you generate is yours to use; the Provider claims no ownership of it.
You must not: (a) violate any law or public order; (b) copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App; (c) infringe the rights of others; (d) interfere with the operation of the App or its gateway, including by automated or excessive access; or (e) use the App to produce content that is unlawful or that harms others.
The Provider does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App’s content.
Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Provider is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
The Provider is not responsible for loss of your data caused by device failure, loss, or OS updates. Please keep your own backups of anything important.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
The Provider may amend these Terms. Amendments take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top of this page is updated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

本規約は、3939PC工房（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリケーション「Focusidea」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、利用者個人の学び・記録・生活を支援する個人向けツールです。
本アプリは医療機器ではなく、医療行為を提供するものでもありません。診断、処方、治療方針の決定、緊急時の判断を行うものではありません。健康に関する機能は、利用者が自身の情報を整理し、医師・薬剤師等の有資格者に相談する準備を助けるためのものです。
健康・身体に関する判断は、必ず有資格の専門家にご相談ください。急を要する場合は、まず医療機関にご連絡ください。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、いかなるサインアップも求めません。利用者の記録は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。
本アプリのAI機能（Companion との会話、Companion 画像の作成、要約や学習問題の生成など）は、本アプリの一部として提供されます。利用者がAIプロバイダーのアカウントを作成することも、APIキーを入力することも、一切ありません。
対応端末では、返答は Apple のオンデバイスモデルにより端末内だけで生成される場合があります。それ以外では、リクエストは当方が運用するゲートウェイへ送られ、ゲートウェイが処理して結果を返します。これらの機能の資格情報は、すべて当方のサーバーにのみ保持されます。
課金は Focusidea のサブスクリプションのみです。利用者はどのAIプロバイダーとも契約を持たないため、プロバイダーから請求されることはありません。AI機能におけるデータの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに記載しています。
利用者ご自身で設定する任意の連携。必須ではなく、既定でオフの機能が2つあります。ご自身の Slack ワークスペースへ議事録を投稿する機能と、ご自身の USDA FoodData Central のキーで食品データを追加照会する機能です。ご利用の場合、その契約関係は利用者と当該サービスとの間のものであり、当該サービスの規約に従います。
AI機能には端末単位の公正利用の上限があり、保守中またはモデル提供者側の障害時には一時的に利用できない場合があります。当方は、ゲートウェイの背後で用いるモデル提供者を変更または追加することがあります。
本アプリが生成する文章・要約・提案・画像等は、誤りを含む可能性があります。重要な判断に用いる場合は、必ず利用者自身で内容を確認してください。利用者が生成した内容は利用者のものであり、当方はその所有権を主張しません。
利用者は、次の行為を行ってはなりません。(a) 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為、(b) 本アプリの複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、(c) 他者の権利を侵害する行為、(d) 自動化された手段や過度なアクセスを含む、本アプリまたはそのゲートウェイの運営を妨害する行為、(e) 違法な内容または他者を害する内容を生成するための利用。
当方は、本アプリの内容の正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証しません。
当方は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
端末の故障・紛失・OSの更新等による利用者データの消失について、当方は責任を負いません。重要なデータは利用者自身でバックアップしてください。
本規約のいかなる定めも、利用者の居住国の強行法規である消費者保護法上の権利を制限するものではありません。
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲示した時点で効力を生じ、本ページ冒頭の日付を更新します。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、利用者の居住国における強行法規である消費者保護の定めを妨げるものではありません。
