Focusidea is a global Personal Intelligence Support app for iPhone. It is designed to help users organize daily records, conversations, companion interactions, schedules, photos, Meeting/Lecture notes, nutrition and exercise logs, Weight Forecast reference information, and optional health-related personal records.
Focusidea is not a medical device. Focusidea does not provide diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescriptions, drug dosage instructions, emergency decisions, or medical acts. Health-related features are intended for personal record keeping, self-understanding, and consultation preparation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
Medication, Labo, food, and exercise records can be used individually or together for non-diagnostic record review, lifestyle organization, and consultation preparation. Focusidea does not infer missing health items; unrecorded items remain unknown.

The app never contacts a third-party AI provider directly, and you are never asked to create an account with an AI provider or to enter an API key. All credentials for these features are held on our server only and are not present in the app.
On iPhone 15 Pro or later with Apple Intelligence enabled, the Companion replies using Apple's on-device foundation model. Nothing leaves the device.
On all other supported devices, the request is sent to a gateway operated by us, and the gateway performs the work. This covers conversation with your Companion, Companion image creation and memorial portrait restoration, and the generation of summaries and learning questions.
What is sent: the text of your message, plus an anonymous installation identifier used only to apply per-device usage limits. Where a feature needs it, the relevant part of your own records is included so the reply is grounded — for example lab values and medication names in a health conversation, or your child's age, growth measurements and vaccination status in a maternal and child conversation. Your name, contact details, and precise location are not sent. Your records stay on your device; only the part needed for that request is sent.
What is retained: nothing. The gateway does not store conversation text or generated images. Its logs contain only a request identifier and a status code.
Your personal records, memories, and Companion growth data remain on your device.
Model providers currently used behind the gateway are Groq (conversation) and Google Gemini (Companion image creation and memorial portrait restoration; image generation runs only when you choose to create or adjust a Companion). We may change or add a model provider behind the gateway without any change to the app. The properties described above are properties of the app and are unaffected by such a change.
Focusidea's monthly subscription is the only charge. No AI provider bills you, because you hold no account with any of them.
When Face ID or device authentication is used, biometric matching is handled by iOS on the user's device. Focusidea does not receive, store, or transmit Face ID biometric data.
Focusidea asks for permission only when a related feature is used:
Speech recognition uses Apple's Speech framework. Depending on iOS and your device, recognition may run on the device or use Apple's speech-recognition service. Focusidea does not operate its own speech-recognition server and does not upload your voice recordings to Focusidea servers. Meeting/Lecture audio is recorded and stored locally on your device; you can delete these recordings in the app. If an optional cloud voice is used for the companion's spoken replies, only the text to be spoken is sent to that voice service — never a recording of your voice.
Focusidea does not use third-party advertising and does not use cross-app or cross-site tracking for advertising purposes.
Focusidea is designed to keep personal records organized locally and through Calendar Holder links unless the user chooses export, sharing, or an AI feature that is processed through our gateway.
App-local data remains on the device until it is removed through available in-app controls, exported and deleted by the user, or removed by uninstalling the app. Requests sent through our gateway are not stored by it (see “AI Processing And Our Gateway”).
For selected important on-device records, Focusidea Safe Record Guard creates SHA-256 fingerprints at save time, can keep local recovery snapshots, and checks integrity at load time. If a fingerprint does not match, Focusidea can detect possible corruption or tampering and quarantine suspicious data. This process is performed on device and is not designed for advertising tracking or external analytics transmission. It is not antivirus protection, complete unauthorized-access prevention, identity verification, an encryption guarantee, or a medical safety guarantee.
The set of built-in Companions (selectable appearances) offered in Focusidea may be added to or removed over time based on usage, without prior notice. This concerns only the selectable appearance. The inner self of a Companion you have raised through conversation — its personality, memories, and relationship with you — is not changed by such updates.
Focusidea does not sell personal data. Focusidea shares information only when needed to provide a user-selected feature, when the user explicitly chooses export or sharing, when required by law, or when necessary to protect safety and security.
Focusidea is not designed as a Kids Category app. If younger users use Focusidea, a parent or guardian should supervise use, especially features involving personal records, health-related notes, AI-generated content, or purchases.
Users can manage iOS permissions in the Settings app. Users can choose whether to use the camera, photos, speech, microphone, location, and notifications. AI features work without any provider account or key.
Where available in the app, users may export, review, or remove selected records. Removing the app from the device removes app-local data that has not been exported or synchronized.

Focusideaは医療機器ではありません。Focusideaは、診断、治療判断、処方、服薬量の指示、緊急時判断、医療行為を提供しません。健康関連機能は、個人の記録、自己理解、医療従事者へ相談する準備を支援するためのものです。医療上の判断を行う前には、必ず医師、薬剤師、看護師など資格を有する医療従事者へ相談してください。
おくすり、Labo、食事、運動の記録は、単独でも組み合わせでも、非診断の記録確認、生活整理、相談準備に使えます。Focusideaは未入力の健康項目を推測で補完せず、未記録として扱います。
利用する機能に応じて、Focusideaは次の情報を保存または処理することがあります。
Focusideaは、情報を次の目的で利用します。
本アプリが外部AIプロバイダーへ直接接続することはありません。利用者がAIプロバイダーのアカウントを作成したり、APIキーを入力したりすることを求められることもありません。これらの機能の資格情報はすべて当社サーバーにのみ保持され、アプリ内には存在しません。
iPhone 15 Pro 以降で Apple Intelligence が有効な場合、Companion の返答は Apple のオンデバイス基盤モデルで生成されます。端末から出るものはありません。
それ以外の対応端末では、リクエストは当社が運用するゲートウェイへ送られ、ゲートウェイが処理を行います。対象は、Companion との会話、Companion 画像の作成と遺影の復元、要約や学習問題の生成です。
送信されるもの: メッセージの本文と、端末単位の利用上限を適用するためだけに用いる匿名のインストール識別子。加えて、その相談に必要な範囲で、利用者ご自身の記録が含まれます。たとえば健康の相談では検査値やおくすりの名前、母子手帳の相談ではお子さまの月齢・身長体重・接種の状況などです。氏名・連絡先・正確な位置情報は送信されません。記録そのものは端末内に留まり、その相談に必要な部分だけが送られます。
保存されるもの: ありません。ゲートウェイは会話本文も生成画像も保存しません。ログに残るのはリクエスト識別子とステータスコードのみです。
利用者の個人記録・記憶・Companion の育ちのデータは、端末内に留まります。
現在ゲートウェイの背後で利用しているモデル提供者は、Groq（会話）と Google Gemini（Companion 画像の作成・遺影の復元。画像生成は、利用者が Companion を作成または調整するときにのみ動作します）です。当社はアプリを変更することなく、ゲートウェイ背後のモデル提供者を変更・追加する場合があります。上記の性質はアプリ自身の性質であり、その変更の影響を受けません。
課金は Focusidea の月額サブスクリプションのみです。利用者はどのAIプロバイダーとも契約を持たないため、プロバイダーから請求されることはありません。
Face IDまたは端末認証を利用する場合、認証処理はユーザーの端末上でiOSにより行われます。FocusideaはFace IDの生体情報を受け取らず、保存せず、送信しません。
Focusideaは、関連機能をユーザーが利用するときにのみ権限を求めます。
音声認識にはAppleのSpeechフレームワークを使用します。iOSや端末により、認識は端末内で行われる場合と、Appleの音声認識サービスを利用する場合があります。Focusideaは独自の音声認識サーバーを運用しておらず、ユーザーの音声録音をFocusideaのサーバーへアップロードすることはありません。Meeting/Lectureの音声は端末内に録音・保存され、アプリ内で削除できます。コンパニオンの読み上げに任意のクラウド音声を使用する場合、送信されるのは読み上げるテキストのみで、ユーザーの音声の録音そのものは送信されません。
Focusideaは第三者広告を使用せず、広告目的のアプリ横断・サイト横断トラッキングを行いません。
Focusideaは、ユーザーがエクスポート、共有、または当社ゲートウェイを経由するAI機能を選択しない限り、個人記録を端末内およびカレンダーホルダーのリンクで整理する設計です。
アプリ内に保存されたデータは、アプリ内で利用可能な削除操作、ユーザーによるエクスポート後の削除、またはアプリのアンインストールによって削除されるまで端末内に残ります。ゲートウェイへ送られたリクエストは、ゲートウェイに保存されません（「AI処理と当社ゲートウェイ」を参照）。
プロフィールなど一部の重要な端末内記録については、Focusidea Safe Record Guardにより、保存時のSHA-256指紋、復元用ローカルスナップショット、読み込み時の整合性確認を行います。指紋が一致しない場合、破損または改ざん疑いとして検出し、疑わしいデータを隔離できるようにします。この処理は端末内で行われ、広告目的の追跡や外部分析を目的とした送信ではありません。また、ウイルス駆除、完全な不正アクセス防止、本人確認、暗号化保証、医療安全性の保証を行うものではありません。
Focusideaに収録しているコンパニオン（選べる見た目）は、利用状況に応じて、事前の予告なく追加・削除する場合があります。これは選べる「見た目（外見）」の入れ替えであり、ユーザーが会話を通じて育てたコンパニオンの内面（人格・記憶・関係性）が、こうした更新によって変わることはありません。
Focusideaは個人データを販売しません。情報の共有は、ユーザーが選択した機能の提供に必要な場合、ユーザーが明示的にエクスポートまたは共有を選択した場合、法令上必要な場合、安全性やセキュリティ保護に必要な場合に限ります。
FocusideaはKids Category向けアプリとして設計されていません。若年ユーザーが利用する場合、特に個人記録、健康関連メモ、AIが生成した内容、購入を伴う機能については、保護者の管理のもとで利用してください。
ユーザーはiOSの設定アプリから権限を管理できます。カメラ、写真、音声、マイク、位置情報、通知の利用は、ユーザーが選択できます。AI機能は、プロバイダーのアカウントも鍵も不要で動作します。
アプリ内で対応している範囲では、ユーザーは記録の確認、エクスポート、削除を行えます。アプリを端末から削除すると、エクスポート、同期、外部プロバイダー側で保持されていないアプリ内ローカルデータは削除されます。
