How it works
- The person opens Focusidea and shows or prints their medical / maternal-and-child QR.
- The receiver reads the QR with a camera or a USB barcode scanner.
- The records appear on screen and can be exported to a spreadsheet or a printable roll-paper sheet.
Privacy & offline by design
- Reading a QR works fully offline. No server is contacted, and no data is uploaded.
- Each QR is integrity-checked so tampering is detected.
- Records shown come only from the QR the person chose to present. The person stays in control of their own information.
Set-up notes
Some builds require a receiver key file to be placed in your home folder before decrypting protected QRs. The installer and the included documentation explain the exact filename and location for your platform.
Not a medical device. This receiver only displays and exports records that a person chooses to share. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, dosage, or any medical decision. Confirmation of any clinical record is the responsibility of a qualified healthcare professional.

使い方
- 本人がFocusideaを開き、医療・母子のQRを表示または印刷します。
- 受信機がカメラまたはUSBバーコードスキャナでQRを読み取ります。
- 記録が画面に表示され、表計算ファイルやロール紙印刷用シートに書き出せます。
プライバシーとオフライン設計
- QRの読み取りは完全にオフラインで動作します。サーバーへ接続せず、データを送信しません。
- 各QRは改ざん検知されます。
- 表示される記録は、本人が提示すると選んだQRの内容だけです。情報の主導権は常に本人にあります。
セットアップの注意
一部のビルドでは、保護されたQRを復号するために、受信機の鍵ファイルをホームフォルダに配置する必要があります。正確なファイル名と場所は、インストーラーと同梱資料に記載しています。
医療機器ではありません。 本受信機は、本人が共有すると選んだ記録を表示・書き出すだけのツールです。診断、治療、服薬量、いかなる医療判断も行いません。臨床記録の確定は、資格を有する医療従事者の責任において行ってください。
